Can you redesign our B2B or Enterprise legacy software?

Yes! We’re one of the few UI/UX firms specializing in enterprise UX design for legacy business software. It's what we're best at and where we can really boost your engineering team. Our team likes to act as an independent entity that likes to move fast, avoiding internal bureaucracy.

How much do you charge?

Like most things in life, it really depends on what you're looking for. We have a Minimum Engagement Fee in place, which means all projects start at 10,000USD. Over time, we've figured out that this is the minimum amount that allows us to provide our clients with a consistently high standard of work. We offer different billing structures, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, and monthly retainers. For early-stage startups, we can make exceptions if our incentives are aligned.

What tools do you work with?

Since last year, we started working with Figma because the collaboration aspect is unreal. Being able to access the design files from the browser keeps all stakeholders happy and informed. But we do work also with Sketch. From there we're super familiar with the usual suspects: Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Zeplin, etc. Along with a bit of Asana, Notion & Jira.

Where are you based?

Although we're incorporated in Singapore, we've been fully remote since day one! Some of us are in Asia, others in Europe, and a few moving around. For our needs, we've found that we're perfectly suited to work remotely, a little Slack & Figma is all we need. Most of our clients are from the US and we've found the time difference extremely advantageous to deliver more work in less time (i.e. we work while you sleep!)

Do you have particular experience in any industry?

We tend to have a lot of clients with Healthcare products, both B2B and consumer-facing. We've done a lot of UI/UX design work for enterprise products but have our fair share of Website design & branding projects as well. We will most likely be focusing here in the near future.

How do you work best?

That varies a lot depending on how much ownership we are given. We tend to work best when there is a product owner or manager in your team that serves as the bridge of communication between your engineering and business stakeholders. We then work from the stories written by that PM. However, we're a small team so we often adapt. As long as we're all in one Slack channel then we're good!

What's your philosophy?

Oh! Well, aren't we glad you asked! We believe in a 0 bullshit, no buzz word, get-in-there kind of approach. We know what good design is and what isn't so aim to create sturdy products and experiences that work, look good, and last - regardless of the medium. We like taking proactive ownership for our part of the job.

Do you only focus on UI/UX design?

It's definitely our core and where we can deliver the most value. But naturally, we have taken on tons of branding projects, developed websites and mobile apps. We adapt and build a team around your requirements, but we like to focus on UX design because that's what we're best at.
